Brójce Branch - Galvanizing
The branch in Brójce is engaged in galvanizing. In 2016, we took over a galvanizing plant in Brójce near Świebodzin with a total area of 30,000 square meters, equipped with a modern galvanizing line and a sewage treatment plant.
Galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rusting of components exposed to atmospheric conditions.
We perform this process in a modern, fully automated galvanizing line:
- spin galvanizing of small-sized parts such as screws, nails, profiles, steel sections
- dip galvanizing - 37 tubs with dimensions 600 mm x 1000 mm x 900 mm
Technical parameters:
- standard coating thickness 6-10 µm or according to customer's needs
- acid zinc plating
- zinc plating with glossy finish
- we use following passivation containing safe trivalent chromium:
- white (silver),
- yellow iridescent,
- thin layer,
- thick layer
- with the possibility of using a sealant
