We would like to inform you that from 20th December 2024 to 7th January 2025, our company will be closed due to inventory. Orders placed during this period will be processed starting 7th January 2025. Thank you for your understanding!

International Deliveries:

Orders with delivery to countries listed in the table are processed exclusively by phone at +48 68 453 8005 or by email at eurobox@eurobox.pl. For international orders, we do not offer free delivery discounts. To pay for the order, we will issue a proforma invoice, which you can pay directly by bank transfer. We can issue a VAT invoice in PLN or EUR, converted according to the current exchange rate. The following GLS carrier prices are net prices.

Delivery Methods

Each order over 1000 PLN is shipped for free via courier!

Delivery by InPost Courier:

The shipment will reach you within 1-2 business days. You can pay for the order online or by cash on delivery (19.99 PLN). Orders over 150 PLN are shipped for free via courier. After shipping the order, you will receive a tracking number, which will allow you to track the shipment on the InPost website.

Delivery to InPost Parcel Locker:

The shipment will reach the designated parcel locker within 1-2 business days. The delivery cost is 15.99 PLN. Delivery to a parcel locker is only possible with online payment. After shipping the order, you will receive a tracking number, which will allow you to track the shipment on the InPost website.

Delivery by GLS Courier (only for oversized parcels):

The shipment will reach you within 1-2 business days. You can pay for the order online or by cash on delivery (26 PLN). Only GLS courier handles the delivery of long parcels. After shipping the order, you will receive a tracking number, which will allow you to track the shipment on the GLS website.

Delivery by Geis Courier (only for pallet shipments):

The shipment will reach you within 1-3 business days. You can pay for the order online or by cash on delivery (105 PLN). Only Geis courier handles the delivery of pallet shipments. After shipping the order, you will receive a tracking number, which will allow you to track the shipment on the Geis website.

Personal Pickup at Euro-Box Headquarters:

When placing an order, you can choose free pickup at our company headquarters on business days from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. We will inform you by phone or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.

Payment Methods:

We have prepared three convenient payment methods for you:

• "Online Payments" - after placing an order, you will be redirected to the TPay service page, where you can make a payment by bank transfer, Mastercard, Visa card or BLIK method.
• "Cash on Delivery" - available only for courier delivery. You will pay the courier upon receipt of the shipment.
• "Bank Transfer" - you can pay for the order directly by bank transfer.

We issue proforma invoices for payment. We issue invoices with deferred payment terms for public institutions.
